What makes our place so enticing and popular is, you not only have your exclusive condo, but you also have a private sun porch overlooking the Lake, Tiki Bar, Convenience Store, Marine Shop, Bait & Tackle Store and boat/gas dock within a short walk of your door!

We try very hard to make your stay a great summer memory at Lake of the Ozarks.

We do take a midweek reservation (min 3 nights) and we have the best deal on the lake with the nicest accommodations!


We provide everything you need in your condo right down to 300 thread count sheets and nice bath towels! Just bring your clothes and personal items. Remember if you do forget something, we have a store for your convenience! We are stocked with ice, beer, some groceries, health items, candy, chips, and have an excellent resturant that has daily chef specials. You won't be disappointed.

If you need items for your boat including tow ropes and tubes, etc.., we have them in our Marine Shop. If you need bait and tackle, we have that too!

Our HUGE 168 foot long boat dock will accommodate your boats plus we have a fueling station as well.


Location, Location, Location

We are located in a very attractive part of the lake.

We are 3 miles from the famous 'Toad Cove' (an entertainment complex by water) and directly across the lake from us is 'Docknockers' (another popular eating and entertainment night spot). If you want to be pampered in fine dining, 'The Duck' restaurant is also located directly across from us and will treat you to a beautiful fine dining evening experience.

OH DID WE TELL YOU… Our Tiki bar and grill will serve you with a Schmidty's famous Leg Spreader or a cold beer with big PEEL AND EAT SHRIMP AND CRAB LEGS!


Condo Features

You have your own Weber barbeque grill if you decide to cook up a meal, eat on the deck, watch boats go by, see sunsets and enjoy the fireworks.

Your condo has an open kitchen with a Jenn-Air range, dishwasher and lots of other appliances (see Amenities). Two private bedrooms and two baths are beautifully furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. And... a huge sunporch overlooking the lake (what a view).

If seclusion is what you are after, your condo is very private. And if you want to fish, our docks provide some of the best fishing on the lake. Bring your fishing buddy's and have great time!

Rates and Booking Information

$145/night down, remaining due upon arrival. or
Savings; $400/for 3 nights 35% down, remaining due upon arrival.
Savings; $870/week (7th night is free) 35% down, remaining due upon arrival.

Rates are for 6 people.
Extra guest:$15/night $80/wk per guest, under 3 years N/C.

Pet rate: $5/night,$30/week

Fees are wavied if left clean as arrival. If Extensive cleaning is needed there will be a $95 fee.
Bath towels & bed linens will be cleaned by management.

Cancellation after 4 weeks prior will forfeit the 35% deposit.
